Our products are supplied through trusted UK-based suppliers, warehouses or logistics partners.

This allows us to offer a smoother shopping experience, faster delivery times and a more reliable service for customers in the United Kingdom.

Some orders may be fulfilled directly by our supplier or logistics partner, but all orders are processed through Lumen & Co.

2. Order Processing Time

After your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Estimated processing time:

1 to 3 business days

During busy periods, product launches, sales, holidays or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United Kingdom is:

2 to 7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, delivery address, stock availability and external factors outside our control.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

5. Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lumen & Co. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns or additional costs caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
  • Recipient absence;
  • Refusal to accept delivery;
  • Failure to collect the package;
  • Carrier delivery issues caused by customer information;
  • Customer-provided incorrect contact details.

If a package is returned due to an issue caused by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to the supplier, warehouse or logistics partner due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal or failure to collect, we will review the case.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Re-dispatch, subject to additional shipping fees;
  • Refund, minus any non-refundable shipping or carrier charges;
  • Store credit, where applicable.

7. Lost, Missing or Undelivered Packages

We will review the case with the supplier and/or shipping carrier.

If the carrier marks the order as delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, the outcome will depend on the carrier’s investigation, proof of delivery and compensation policy.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier delays;
  • High order volume;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Operational issues;
  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Events outside our control.

Lumen & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will always do our best to assist you.

Our main shipping focus is the United Kingdom.

If international shipping becomes available, additional delivery times, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. These charges would be the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
